The hotel building, built in 1926, is one of the finest architectural monuments from the colonial period in Hanoi. It has been renovated to feature modern amenities, but preserve the majestic ceilings and windows. The hotel offers a total of 103 guest rooms and facilities including air conditioning, a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access and a newspaper stand. The café, bar and restaurant offer dining and drinks. Conference facilities and Internet access are available. Room service and laundry service are also offered (both for a fee). Guests arriving by car may make use of the car park.
The hotel rooms are en suite, with a shower, bath and hairdryer in the private bathroom, and offer double or king-size beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, safe, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. Every room has air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

The famous French restaurant offers cuisine and drinks from southern France and the 'Asiatic' restaurant serves delicious traditional dishes of Vietnam. A continental breakfast buffet is served daily. The hotel also offers all-inclusive packages.
