Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check in. Fees collected at check-in vary per room Cleaning- USD 90.00 - 100.00 Parking- USD 20.00 - 40.00 Processing- USD 50.00. Some Fees are taxable. Studio and 1 bed units are allowed only one parking pass. For other units there is a two car limit.
Please note that there is construction currently going on. The property is replacing doors and railings. Customers who book must call property at 1-251-968-7158 at least 72 hours prior to arrival to review resort fees collected at check-in.
