Renovated in 2006, this apartment complex includes a main and neighbouring building, each with 3 floors, as well as a garden and a terrace. The complex comprises a total of 32 apartments, air conditioning, a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange counter, a café and a small supermarket. Also to be found within the hotel is a games room, a restaurant, a conference room, a bar, a TV room and a children's playground. Guests may make use of the laundry service, room service, Internet access and there is medical assistance available (additional fees apply).
Measuring 35 m², the apartments have been carefully decorated and furnished for 2 people or more, as well as for larger families. Up to 4 people may be accommodated here. The comfortable living room comprises two sofa beds and a kitchenette with a fridge, a washbasin, hotplates, tea and coffee making facilities as well as various cooking utensils. A separate bedroom is fitted with either a double bed or 2 singles and a cot is available on request and for an additional fee. The apartments have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a large furnished balcony and individually regulated air conditioning.
The hotel includes an outdoor pool with sun loungers, parasols and a poolside snack bar as well as a children's pool. Guests are also able to play table tennis, play billiards or go cycling and mountain biking (all for an additional fee).
