The apartments are situated near the beach, the shopping and leisure area with its shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife is at a close distance. The centre of the city is 700m away.
The complex was built in 1987 and has three floors. All apartments are provided with mini bar and central heating. There are 33 apartments with a maximum of 3 to 4 beds. All apartments are equipped with kitchen, bathroom, safe for rent, refrigerator, microwave, satellite TV. Only the 2/4 apartments are provided with a terrace. The studios on the third floor are not provided with balcony.
Buffet is offered.
There is an outdoor swimming pool.
Check in after 1.00 p.m. Check out at 10.00 a.m.
